JOE CAPO GUITAR

Joe Caporaso is based in Atlanta Georgia and has been playing guitar since the age of 11. He has performed throughout the U.S. as a solo artist and with various local, regional and national acts.

As a solo fingerstyle acoustic guitarist, his style has been labeled as “acoustic parlor guitar” and even “new age Chet Atkins”.  Joe’s instrumental arrangements and originals are heavily influenced by  Piedmont blues, Chet Atkins, Doc Watson, Leo Kotke and Tommy Emmanual - and his eclectic, concert level performances are suitable for critical listening and/or ambience setting.

On electric guitar Joe’s improvisational style has made him a popular draw with many acts over the years. He is currently performing with Mudcat and the Redeemers.
